A quick one that makes your listings look better without spending a dollar. Before I arrive, kill every light bulb that is not the same color temperature. Mixed lighting is the number one thing I fix in post, and it is the one thing you can control in advance.

Second, clear the counters down to one or two objects, and open every blind. Natural light does more for a room than any lamp.
